Hello masters! I have a sx-1325e machine and i have a problem with a new 'rznc-0501'.

I connected the usb and installed the 'usbcam.inf'. The driver ok, but when I try to open 'ZHBUSBConnect_E.exe' it shows me a message: 'Can not identify USB communication protocol, please contact dealer and employ latest version!' Then after pressing 'OK' i get another message: 'Failed to create empty document' and it doesnt open the program, what can i do?? Can you send me the program and drivers please?
