This is a good list. I usually don't recommend Combofix unless it's 100% necessary, but it does catch and remediate where other tools often fail. (it also has the potential to make an unstable OS worse off moreso than other scanners). So exercise caution there. Another good way to look at malware remediation is to break it up into tasks/objectives.
